I also got this weird heart flutter when I missed a dose so it was like constant for 2 weeks.. Then magically after 2 weeks I'm fine.Trent Snowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07347964965658016218noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4994028886029272611.post-68271127118157518172014-02-20T09:04:07.718-06:002014-02-20T09:04:07.718-06:00I hope you're still doing well cutting back on...I hope you're still doing well cutting back on your dosage!Jill @ Bluegrass Bellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12692730431235510881noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4994028886029272611.post-51615168790348540442014-02-20T09:03:37.392-06:002014-02-20T09:03:37.392-06:00Your post is certainly refreshing! It wasn't until college that I started taking medication. It has now been more than 10 years that I've been on an anti-anxiety or anti-depressant medication, or sometimes both. This runs in my family and after 3 times of trying to get off medication, I've finally come to accept it. I can appreciate your post because I feel like it helps to lessen the stigma of taking these medications. I don't even want to type "mentally ill" because I don't feel I am mentally ill... I just need a little help coping with life! ;)

And meds do not make us crazy. The crazy people are those who need to be on meds and just downright refuse. Now, everything is fine. But I know I'll probably experience headaches when coming off the meds in the future. EEK! Good tips!

P.S. I totally that medication does't make you crazy. I know plenty of crazy people who ARE NOT on medication! haha! I wish you luck as you work your way off yours and try to go without.

I liked quote. It made me think of Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory: "I'm not crazy. My mom had me tested." :-)beautybabblinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06730419021932733124noreply@blogger.com
